Jan Baker

Jan Baker is an experienced professional in experience and service design, currently serving as an Experience and Service Designer at the Innovashion Group since February 2014. With a strong commitment to fostering community engagement and educational opportunities, Jan has also held roles as a Technical Instructor at Black Girls CODE and as an Ambassador for the United State of Women, promoting gender equity. Previous leadership positions include Partner, Experience + Culture at 1863 Ventures, National Director of Community Experience at Mission Hub, and Managing Director at Impact Hub NYC and Impact Hub DC. Jan's expertise extends to fintech as the FinTech Manager at Village Capital and event management through roles at Modev and ProductCamp DC. Educational qualifications include a Service Design degree from the University of the Arts London and an MBA/MS in Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
