Johnathan Bald serves as the Growth Leader for North America at Black Kite since February 2023, where responsibilities include scaling sales teams and identifying strategic partnerships. Additionally, Johnathan has been a member of Revenue Collective since November 2020, contributing to the professional development of revenue leaders. Previously, at RSA Security, Johnathan held multiple leadership roles from January 2021 to February 2023, successfully revamping sales teams and strategies. Experience also includes significant positions at Hitachi Vantara, Balla Holdings Inc., Oracle, TELUS Business, and Xerox, showcasing a strong track record in sales leadership, team management, and revenue growth. Johnathan holds a degree in Business Management and Organizational Studies with a focus on Finance from Western University, and attended Ridley College for high school.
