Cole Bass

Cole Bass is an experienced operations manager currently holding positions at Black Label Services, Inc. and BLS Electrical, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to these roles, Cole was an I&E Technician at Energy Transfer from December 2022 to May 2023 and served as an I&E Operations Technician at Williams from February 2015 to December 2022, where responsibilities included instrument and electrical operations. Cole also worked as a Measurement Operations Technician focusing on measurement and communications. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as an Electronic Technician at Aerojet Rocketdyne and a contract role as an Instrumentation & Electrical Technician at EXCEL USA. Cole holds an Associate of Science degree in Instrumentation Technology from Northwest Louisiana Technical College, earned from 2012 to 2014.
