Rama Polefka

Rama Polefka has a long and varied work history. In 2015, they founded Black Mountain Dynamics. Prior to that, they were Co-founder of Securify.Us from 2013. From 2010 to 2013, Rama held two positions: Systems Engineer at CTRLKEY and IT Director at Joby Energy. From 2007 to 2010, they were the Director of Online Sales & Marketing at Joby, where they were recruited by the founder to create a new position. From 2001 to 2007, Rama was an Enterprise Systems Engineer at SonicWALL, where they worked with the EMEA and APLA sales group to close strategic enterprise accounts. From 1998 to 2001, they were a Consultant for Independent Consulting and CTO and Founder of Ignyte Technology, which they built from startup to profitability in four months. In 2001, they sold Ignyte Technology to SonicWALL.

Rama Polefka attended Foothill College from 1988 to 1992, and then went on to the University of California, Davis, where they earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from 1993 to 1995.
