Mark Grundel

Mark Grundel has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Mark began as an Elementary Classroom Teacher at Woodbury City Public Schools, where they designed and executed differentiated lessons using technology and mentored new teachers. Mark then transitioned to Black Rocket Productions, starting as an Area Supervisor and later becoming the Assistant Director of Operations. In these roles, they managed program operations, sales, and hiring, as well as supervised staff members and facilitated training. Finally, they worked as an Educational Consultant & Trainer, partnering with the NYC Department of Education and leading a weekly educational Twitter chat.

Mark Grundel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Rutgers University, graduating in 2002. Mark then pursued a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General at Capella University from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Microsoft Certified Educator (MCE), Minecraft Global Mentor, Minecraft Certified Trainer, MIE Expert, Supervisor Certification from NJDOE, Google Certified Educators from AppsEvents - Google for Education Summits, Principal Certification from NJDOE, and Elementary Education K-8 from NJDOE.
