Crystal Ellington

Crystal Ellington, MSM, currently serves as a Strategic Communications Analyst at SAIC, providing contractor support to the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Critical Technologies. As the Founder & CEO of GenOnyx Consulting, Crystal also specializes in DEI implementation and strategy development for government entities and veteran/military service organizations. Previous roles include Director of Antiracist Storytelling at the Community Center for Education Results and Director of Communications at Minority Veterans of America, where Crystal led comprehensive communications strategies and campaigns. Crystal's military background includes serving in the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, where responsibilities encompassed personnel records management and logistical planning. Crystal holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, alongside a Certificate in Business Intelligence and Analytics.
