Jonathan Dumas

Jonathan Dumas, M.S, ACC is a seasoned professional with expertise in talent development and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as a Partner at Common Culture Consulting since May 2021. The practice focuses on empowering emerging talent of color and fostering cultures of belonging within organizations through data-driven strategies. In addition to this role, Jonathan hosts the podcast Highly Visible & A Little Misunderstood, which engages in nuanced societal conversations.
