Sertrice Shipley is a seasoned professional dedicated to enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as CEO and Owner of Plan To Action, Sertrice Shipley focuses on delivering innovative and data-driven DEI solutions. In addition to this role, Sertrice Shipley is an active member of the Board of Advisors for GoBe Kids and serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Blacks in I/O Psychology. As a member and professional speaker for the Black Speakers Collection, Sertrice Shipley contributes to amplifying diverse voices in organizational settings. With previous experience as Chief Consulting Officer and Co-Owner of Mattingly Solutions and a consultant at OrgVitality, Sertrice Shipley has a strong background in managing projects and developing strategic initiatives. Sertrice Shipley's academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Radford University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Emporia State University.
