Mathilde Sanson

Mathilde Sanson has extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Mathilde currently holds the position of Chief Customer Officer at Black Swan Data, where they started in July 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Operations Advisor at JMI Equity from May 2022 to September 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Mathilde worked as the Chief Customer Officer at GTreasury, where they had global responsibilities for client experience and satisfaction in the Treasury/Fintech space. Mathilde also held leadership positions in professional services, support, and learning & development functions in the US, UK, and Australia.

Mathilde's career also includes a brief stint as a Client Experience Consultant at PestRoutes Software in 2019.

Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and Economics at Barnard College from 1979 to 1983. While the exact dates are not specified, Mathilde also holds another MBA degree from NYU Stern School of Business. Additionally, they earned a certification in the Corporate Governance Program from Columbia Business School in April 2021.
