Pamela Roberts

Pamela Roberts has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and consulting. Pamela is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Black Swan Data since September 2018. Prior to that, they owned their own consulting firm, Pamela Roberts Consulting LLC, from August 2013 onwards. Pamela also worked as the VP Human Resources at Spring Inc. from December 2015 to August 2018. Pamela has also worked as an HR Consultant with McKinsey & Company from May 2014 to December 2014, and with Resolution Life from August 2013 to January 2014. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Executive Director, HR Advisor to Investment Banking at Nomura International from January 2013 to May 2013. Pamela has also served as the Director, Head of Human Resources Europe at Investment Technology Group, Inc. from January 2010 to January 2013. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Man Group from June 2005 to October 2009, where they gained experience in talent management, employee relations, reward and budget management, project management, and recruitment. Pamela began their career as an HR Generalist at WestLB, rotating through various departments and eventually taking on generalist responsibilities for the Technology Group.

Pamela Roberts earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of Leeds, graduating in 2002. Pamela then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources from the same university, which they completed in 2003. Additionally, they hold a certification called GPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
