Maciej Stachura

Maciej Stachura has worked in a variety of roles in the aerospace industry. From 2013 to present, they have been the CTO of Black Swift Technologies. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Controls Engineer at Forge Aerospace. From 2006 to 2010, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Colorado, where they developed several Unmanned Aircraft Systems and was involved in over 150 flight operations. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, they were a Controls Engineer at MDA Space Missions, where they worked on the design of an orbital rendezvous for a Mars sample return mission and developed a control algorithm for the Canadarm 2 on the ISS.

Maciej Stachura obtained a B.Sc in Engineering Science Aerospace from the University of Toronto, Toronto in 2006. Afterwards, they went on to pursue a Ph.D in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado, which they completed in 2013.
