Precious Tshabalala

Precious Tshabalala currently serves as the General Manager at Shanduka BlackUmbrellas, overseeing strategic and operational functions across four Inland incubators with a team of 30 staff members. Previously, Tshabalala held the position of Regional Manager for the Shanduka Black Umbrellas Region in Rustenburg, focusing on the recruitment and retention of emerging businesses. Tshabalala also served as a Regional Manager and Enterprise and Supplier Development Manager at Shanduka Black Umbrellas Mooinooi, where responsibilities included business coaching and mentoring. Prior to these roles, Tshabalala worked as an Area Operations Manager at Truworths. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics from the University of South Africa, earned between 2010 and 2013.
