Patrick McHugh

Patrick McHugh currently serves as Vice President at Campos EPC since September 2023. With a long-standing tenure at Black & Veatch beginning in September 2008, Patrick holds the position of Vice President & Project Director for Energy & Utilities, overseeing engineering, procurement, and construction for substation and transmission line projects in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, along with business development and client engagement. Previous roles include Vice President at Designed Telecommunications from May 2004 to April 2008 and Managing Partner at Tradewinds Communications from November 1999 to May 2004, which involved startup operations. Earlier experience includes a Director position at AEP from June 1995 to November 1999, focusing on regulated transmission and telecommunications. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
