Traister Robert serves as the Vice President of Global Construction Operations Leader at Black & Veatch since November 2019, overseeing all construction operations outside the United States, including proposals, staffing, and subcontractors. Prior to this role, Traister held multiple positions at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals, notably as Construction Manager from May 2014 to December 2019, where responsibilities included managing large-scale polyethylene unit construction and the Pennsylvania Chemicals facility, which produces 1.6 million tonnes of polyethylene annually. Previous experience at Bechtel Power Corporation as Shift Outage Manager involved client interface and outage planning. Educational credentials include a Mastering Negotiation and Influence degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management and ongoing MBA studies at the Australian Institute of Business, complemented by extensive engineering training at Bechtel University.
