William Murphy

William Murphy is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the field of electrical engineering and estimating. Currently serving as a Principal Estimator at Black & Veatch since November 2019, William has previously held roles at HDR Constructors as a Power Delivery Estimator and at Kiewit Power Engineers as an Electrical Engineer, where responsibilities included electrical design and system circuit development. Prior to this, William worked as a Field Engineer at Kiewit Power Constructors, preparing essential work documentation and ensuring quality standards. An early career as a co-op Electrical Design Engineer at Sachs Electric Company involved assisting with CAD drawings and project documentation. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from East Central College.
