Nicholas Pastor

Nicholas Pastor is an experienced operations professional with a solid background in restaurant management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Black Walnut Café since December 2018, Nicholas has previously held the role of General Manager at Ragin Cajun Restaurants from November 2014 to October 2018, where responsibilities included hiring, training, scheduling, and payroll management. Earlier experience includes positions as Assistant Manager at Luby's and Ragin' Cajun Restaurants, along with roles as an intern and crew employee.
