Blair Duncan

Blair is Senior Solicitor in our award-winning Employment team. Blair regularly appears in the employment tribunal bringing and resisting claims on behalf of clients. In addition, he advises on the full range of employment law matters giving pragmatic and sensible advice on issues including absence and people management, discrimination, the preparation and updating of employment contracts and other policies, and settlement agreements. Blair also regularly prepares blogs and delivers seminars to employers on employment law issues, including as part of the Ask the Expert series with his colleague Donna.
