David R.

David R. has extensive experience in engineering leadership, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Blackbaud since December 2013, having previously held the position of Vice President of Engineering. Prior to Blackbaud, David R. was at e-MDs from August 2009 to March 2015, where roles included COO/CIO, CTO, and Member of the Board of Directors. David R.'s earlier experience includes Vice President of Product Engineering and Support at Dun & Bradstreet from 2005 to 2009, Director of Service Management Systems at XO Communications from 1999 to 2005, and Director of Financial Management Systems at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office from 1990 to 1999. David R. holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from The George Washington University School of Business (1995-1998) and a Bachelor of Science in History, Social Science from Radford University (1985-1989).
