Jennifer Cressotti

Jennifer Cressotti is an experienced professional in customer success, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at Blackbaud since September 2014, Jennifer has progressed through various roles within the company, including Customer Success Manager and Team Lead. Prior to Blackbaud, Jennifer held several positions at the Foundation Fighting Blindness, including Regional Director of Events and Events Manager. Jennifer's earlier experience includes roles as Organizing Director at the National Student Campaign Against Hunger and Homelessness, Lead Organizer for MoveOn Pac at Grassroots Campaigns, and Campus Organizer at the Massachusetts Public Interest Research Group. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Vermont.
