Leah Niblett

Leah Niblett is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer support and instructional design, currently serving as the Manager of Renewals at Blackbaud since October 2011. In this role, Leah manages a team dedicated to fostering long-lasting customer relationships. Previous positions at Blackbaud include Senior Team Lead and Curriculum Lead, where Leah successfully oversaw support associates, led instructional design projects, and enhanced training programs. Prior to Blackbaud, Leah worked as a baker at Sugar Bakeshop, creating popular baked goods, and held various roles at Niblett Environmental Associates. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Trent University and has additional educational experience from Adelphi University.
