Caroline Cointepas ⭐

Caroline Cointepas began their work experience in 2015 as a Front Office Intern at Disneyland Paris. Caroline then worked as a Public Relations Commissioner for Student Association La Confrérie, where they were responsible for marketing, communication, and sponsor acquisition. In 2018, they became a Human Resources Trainee at Stars and Stories®. Caroline then worked as a Receptionist/Hospitality Services Hostess at Spirit Hospitality Services in 2019.

In 2020, they joined Reckitt as a Human Resources Assistant before transitioning to GGD GHOR Nederland in 2021. At GGD GHOR Nederland, Caroline took on the role of Vraagbaak & Bron- en contactmedewerker, supporting the Dutch government's fight against the COVID-19 pandemic through contact tracing. Caroline later took on additional responsibilities as a supervisor and point of contact for employees.

Caroline's most recent role is as a People Business Partner Commerce at blackbear, a tech scale-up. As a founding member of the People & Culture Team, they are responsible for the employee life-cycle, from attraction to offboarding, and building the company culture.

Caroline Cointepas pursued their education in various fields across different institutions. Caroline completed their Master of Science degree in International Human Resource Management in the Digital Age from Grenoble Ecole de Management from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Hospitality Management from Hotelschool The Hague between 2014 and 2018. Caroline's high school education took place at Rijnlands Lyceum Wassenaar from 2009 to 2014, where they specialized in VWO/IB, Economics & Society. Additionally, Caroline has obtained several certifications, including People Analytics from Coursera in February 2020 and the International Baccalaureate in English Language and Literature, Standard Level, from the International Baccalaureate in July 2014.
