Joep Wittebrood

Joep W. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Joep is currently the Co-Founder / Co-CEO of blackbear, a license-based outsourcing solution that connects skilled professionals with short-term work opportunities. Prior to this, they were a Teamleader and Brand Ambassador at Chase - The Brand Activation People. Joep also participated in the Validation Program at YES!Delft and served as a Field Captain, Senior Student Market Striker, and Student Market Striker at Red Bull. Joep has also worked as an Intern at Van Lanschot Kempen, Salesperson at DEEN supermarkten, and was a Finalist for the CEOfor1Month program at Adecco. Joep gained further experience as an Intern at TriFinance and HV KRAS/Volendam. Throughout their career, Joep has demonstrated a versatile skill set and a commitment to professional development.

Joep W. has a comprehensive education history. Joep completed their Premaster degree in Management at the Open Universiteit in 2020. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2018, they attended the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Sport, Management en Ondernemen. Earlier in their educational journey, they obtained their HAVO Diploma from Petrus Canisius College, where they studied from 2007 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Joep also obtained several certifications. In 2017, they received a Google Certificate in Online Marketing from Google. In 2015, they earned the Anwärter certification from Snowsports Academy. Joep also obtained the Propedeuse Sport, Management en Ondernemen certification from Hogeschool van Amsterdam in the same year. Furthermore, Joep received the Medic First Aid certification from NIKTA (Nederlands Instituut voor Kwaliteitszorg Training en Advies) in 2015.
