Maikel de Bruin 🐻

Maikel de Bruin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Maikel began their career as a Sales Employee at Ahold Nederland in 2012 and worked there until 2018. In 2013, they joined Study Association Aureus where they held various roles, including Marketing Team member and Controller & Acquisition for the Juniors Committee. Maikel also served as a University Manager at AthenaStudies from 2015 to 2016, responsible for organizing tutoring classes. In 2016, Maikel worked as an Online Marketer at Jack Young Network Group before joining AUB administraties as an Administrative Assistant in 2018. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at AndWork, initially as an IT Talent Scout and later as a Partner in IT Careers, responsible for guiding clients and candidates during the recruitment process. Currently, Maikel is working at blackbear | hassle-free outsourcing as a Customer Success Team Lead, leading a team and ensuring quality and value for clients.

Maikel de Bruin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Bedrijfskunde from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2013 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at DaVinci college Leiden from 2006 to 2013, where they studied Vwo with a focus on natural sciences and economics. Later, they pursued a Masters in Marketing at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2018 to 2019.
