Bryson Wheatley has held a variety of roles since 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Cook at McDonald's, where they cooked and assembled hundreds of menu items every day. In 2016, they were brought on as an intern to assist a team of technicians with updating and installing hundreds of computer systems for the Springtown Independent School District. In 2017, they worked at Walmart as an Associate, assisting customers as both a personal shopper and photo center associate. In 2019, they worked at Medtronic as a Labratory Contingent. Currently, they are a Customer Support Representative at BlackBeltHelp, where they communicate with hundreds of customers in the US Military Academy in resolving computer related issues over internet and phone. Bryson also performs extensive troubleshooting for a variety of software suites including the Office365 suite and Adobe Acrobat, and is currently maintaining one of the highest rates of first-call resolution and customer satisfaction in their team.

Bryson Wheatley attended Oklahoma Christian University from 2015 to 2020, where they earned a degree in Creative Media & Electronic Media with a focus in Communications.
