Suman Bhujel (Samantha) has been in the customer service industry for over a decade. Suman began their career in 2011 as a Dell Solution Engineer at Dell. In 2015, they joined BlackBeltHelp as a Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for the Customer's overall success, including renewals, recurring payments, day to day operations liasoning, and relationship management. Suman was also responsible for executing the Customer's strategy and roadmap, and managing escalations and updates. In 2018, they were promoted to Sr. Customer Success Manager at BlackBeltHelp.

Suman Bhujel (Samantha) completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accountacy Honours from St. Joseph's College, Darjeeling between 2003 and 2006. Prior to that, they attended Army school, Bengdubi and obtained their High School degree in Accounting from 1991 to 2003.
