Timothy Roberts

Timothy Roberts is an experienced technical support specialist currently employed at BlackBeltHelp since November 2021, previously serving as a technical support agent. Prior to this, Timothy worked as a collections specialist at EOS USA, handling inbound and outbound calls for loan payments. Timothy's earlier roles included factory work at TTAI and SMX Staff Management, where responsibilities encompassed operating machinery and assembling automotive components. Timothy also gained experience at Amazon in various seasonal and temporary positions, including customer returns processing, order picking, and vendor returns. Educationally, Timothy holds a high school diploma from Somerset High School and has also attended Somerset Community College.
