Nelly Figueiredo, CHRL, has over two decades of experience at BlackBerry, progressing through roles such as Principal HR Systems Analyst, Senior HR Systems Analyst, and HR Systems Analyst II. Nelly specializes in Workday business process configuration, system administration, and reporting, having successfully managed various HR technology projects and implemented key HRIS modules. With proven expertise in partner collaboration, problem-solving, and project management, Nelly has contributed significantly to the optimization of HR processes and data integrity.
