Olena Portnova

Olena Drozd has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and project management. Olena began their career as a QA engineer at SPS Commerce in December 2014 and worked there until December 2016. In 2017, Olena joined Ciklum as a Middle QA engineer, where they stayed until May 2018. Olena then joined Blackbird Lab in June 2018 as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, and later transitioned into the role of Technical Project Manager in January 2019. Olena's work experience demonstrates their expertise in QA engineering and project management.

Olena Drozd completed their Bachelor's degree in System Analysis at the National Technical University of Ukraine, 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2011 to 2015. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Project Management at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2015 to 2017.
