Wade Weichel

Wade Weichel has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Wade began their career in 1998 as a Video Technician Intern for Cine-Impuls, a contractor for Grundy-UFA/RTL television network of Europe. In 2000, they joined the University of Nebraska - Lincoln as an Online Learning Development Specialist. Wade then transitioned to Blackboard in 2005, where they held various roles including Strategic Consultant, Product Manager for Blackboard Learn and Blackboard Learn for Salesforce, and most recently, Director of Product Management.

Wade Weichel obtained a BJ degree in Broadcast Communications from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 1994 and 1999. Wade also received a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2021.
