Victor Koh Chiep Yeo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in finance and accounting. Victor is currently serving as the CFO & Head of Shared Services at Blackbox, where they lead the organization's budgeting process and strategic planning. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Finance and Accounting at Blackbox, providing financial insights and overseeing all finance and accounting matters.

Before joining Blackbox, Victor worked at the Republic of Singapore Navy as a Deputy Director, responsible for ensuring control and compliance of financial operations across all units. Victor also conducted financial system reviews and implemented solutions to address control weaknesses.

Victor's experience also includes working as a Regional Senior Finance Manager at CIGNA Life Insurance Company of Europe S.A.- N.V., where they managed finance and accounting matters for the Asia Pacific region. Victor also worked as an Accounting and Administration Manager at Hitachi International Treasury Ltd and as an Accountant at Idec Izumi Asia Pte Ltd.
