Kevin Lynch

Kevin Lynch is an accomplished football manager and coach with extensive experience in player development and team management. Currently serving as the 1st Team Manager at Colwyn Bay Football Club since October 2015, Lynch also holds the position of Youth Development Specialist at Blackburn Rovers Football Club since May 2015. Previously, Lynch worked at Chesterfield Football Club as the 1st Team Coach and Lead Development Phase Coach of the Academy from May 2013 to June 2015, where a strong focus was placed on preparing players technically and tactically. Prior roles include 1st Team Manager at Marine Football Club, where Lynch successfully managed a competitive team in the Evo-Stik Premier Division, and Principal Manager for Leisure & Culture at Knowsley MBC. Lynch's educational background includes a Master of Science (MSc) in Community Sports Development.
