Nicola Mayes

Nicola Mayes is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Manager at Blackfinch Group since May 2018, Nicola manages all aspects of commercial real estate transactions valued up to £20 million. Previously, Nicola held various positions at BP from June 2014 to May 2018, including Financial Analyst in the Investment Management Team, responsible for BP's Pension Fund, and contributed commercial insights in Oil & Gas Exploration. Early career experience includes a full-time placement as a Strategy and Communications Assistant at UBS Investment Bank. Nicola holds a BSc in Business Management with Industrial Placement in Economics from Aston University.
