Joe Hoeme

Joe Hoeme has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Joe started their career at The University of Iowa as a Research Assistant, gaining expertise in computer software and hardware training, programming, and data analysis. Joe then transitioned to Ayres Associates, where they worked as a Civil & Environmental Engineer, managing projects and collaborating with clients on wastewater treatment and petroleum remediation systems.

Joe later joined Accurate Response as an Information Systems Manager before its acquisition by Suttle-Straus. In this role, they built and managed an IS team, providing database services to optimize postage discounts and delivery times for B2B and B2C mailings. Joe continued in the Information Systems Manager role at Suttle-Straus, where they integrated two separate IS departments into a cohesive unit.

Following this, Joe served as the Information Technology Manager and Business Analyst at Hellenbrand, Inc. There, they developed technology strategies, managed IT vendor relationships, and created a long-term plan for IT operations and infrastructure.

Joe then joined Deloitte as a Business Analyst, contributing to State of WI software projects by assisting in project charters, defining business problems, and maintaining project focus. Joe recently worked at Blackhawk Community Credit Union, initially as the Director of Information Technology and later as the Vice President of Information Technology.

Throughout their career, Joe has demonstrated strong leadership skills, including team management, conflict resolution, and performance management. Joe has also shown a focus on creating agile networks, reducing operational costs, and minimizing downtime.
