Prior to BlackHawk, for the past 20 years, Scott was the Director of Sales for Machine Tools Supply, a Southern California based distributor of cutting tools, abrasives, safety, and MRO products and one of the pioneers of industrial vending solutions. With over 30 years of experience in industrial distribution, Scott maintains a high level of passion for the customer experience and helping them become even more successful and competitive. As a leader, Scott is focused on building long lasting business relationships, loyalty within the market and business community, and creating a high-performing, energized, “fun at work” business culture, emphasizing reward and recognition.
