Tonya Pivarnik

Prior to joining the team, Tonya was Corporate Controller for BlackHawk for five years. She managed the accounting and finance team through four acquisitions and the recent sale to Snow Phipps. Tonya comes with over 20 years of experience in managing accounting & finance functions across many industries, both domestic and international ranging in size from $50 million to over $750 million, through mergers and acquisitions and bankruptcy. In addition, she has played major roles in multiple ERP conversions and managed her own consulting business as an ERP consultant. Tonya has a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting with a minor in Information Technology from Northeastern State University and obtained her CPA certification in 1993.
