Fran Scianna

Fran Scianna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and operations within the financial services and FinTech industries. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Client Services at Blackhawk Network since May 2024, Fran also partners at S&Z Professional Services, LLC, focusing on operations and implementations. As Co-Founder of SZR Music Group and a former Sr. Manager of Onboarding and Customer Success at Tango, Fran has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing customer experiences. Previous roles include Sr. Director of Operations and Director of Professional Services at BillingTree, where Fran advanced client success initiatives, and various positions at TSYS, from Business Systems Consultant to QA Analyst. Education was obtained at The University of Connecticut from 1991 to 1993.
