Jamie Kern

Jamie Kern is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across notable companies. Currently serving as the Director of HR Business Partner at Blackhawk Network since May 2024, Jamie focuses on enhancing consumer experiences in the fintech space. Previous positions include Director of People Experience at Tango, Regional Human Resources Manager, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon, as well as Manager of HR Business Partner at Molson Coors Beverage Company. Jamie's background also includes significant HR leadership roles at Andeavor, Chevron, and participation in Chevron's Human Resources Development Program. Jamie holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
