Patrick Withers

Patrick Withers has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Systems Architect at BDR Consulting from an unknown start date to May 2005. Patrick then transitioned to BDR as the Director of Practice SI from January 2005 to August 2006. Following that, they joined Grass Roots as the Director of Presales Consulting from January 2006 to September 2006. Patrick also served as an Account Director at Grass Roots from July 2006 to February 2011, before becoming the Product Director - Global Rewards from January 2011 to March 2018. Currently, they are the Director - Business Systems at Blackhawk Network, a role they have held since March 2018. At Blackhawk Network, they are responsible for integrating and consolidating acquired products and platforms in EMEA, along with overseeing the strategy, development, and delivery of financial and business reporting solutions.

Patrick Withers earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology from the University of Liverpool from 1990 to 1993. Patrick then pursued a Master of Philosophy degree in Biology at the University of Leicester from 1993 to 1994. Patrick continued their education at Bangor University from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Master of Science and a PhD in Marine Biology.
