Ram Chidam

Ram Chidam is a highly experienced Senior QA Analyst at Blackhawk Network, where Ram has been involved in the HEI – Energy Project since March 2014. This application supports energy clients in managing the rebate process for various products and vendors by validating online submissions and processing rebate requests. Prior to this role, Ram worked as a QA Analyst at Texas Guaranteed from April to December 2013, focusing on implementing E-sign portals to enhance borrower access to student and personal loan account information.
