Jared Gomes is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Global Customer Care Operations at Blacklane since December 2016, with prior positions including Site Manager for EMEA, Team Lead for Core Service, Senior Customer Concierge, and Customer Concierge. Previously, Gomes worked at Arts Club Theatre Company from August 2012 to August 2015 as a Sales Supervisor & Trainer, where responsibilities included managing inbound call center operations and overseeing box office activities, as well as developing comprehensive training programs for new employees. Gomes holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and German Studies from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2014.
