Geoffrey Hardy

Geoffrey Hardy is a skilled Principal Product Designer at BlackLine since October 2021, focusing on developing the European design practice for a newly acquired product line and driving a comprehensive platform redesign. Previously, Geoffrey served as Head of Digital at Immersion Group, leading UX, UI, content, and engineering teams to enhance employee experience while improving profitability. As a UX Strategist, Geoffrey managed cross-functional teams to deliver significant UX redesigns for major financial service providers in Africa. Earlier experience includes working as a UX Designer at NATIVE VML, contributing to various high-profile projects through user-centered design methodologies. Geoffrey also has academic experience as a tutor in critical thinking and ethics at the University of the Witwatersrand, where Geoffrey obtained both an Honours and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy.
