Bill Daugherty

Bill Daugherty is the Managing Partner of BlackRidge Stables LLC, a thoroughbred racing and breeding venture in Lexington, Kentucky, which has been involved with notable racehorses such as California Chrome and Cathryn Sophia since April 2011. In addition, Bill Daugherty serves as Managing Partner at BlackRidge Resource Partners LLC, focusing on oil and gas exploration primarily in the Appalachian and Illinois Basins. Prior to these roles, Bill Daugherty was the President, CEO, and Chairman of NGAS Resources, Inc. from June 1993 to April 2011, an independent oil and gas exploration and production company in the eastern United States. Bill Daugherty holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture from Berea College, completed between 1972 and 1976.
