Rachel Hoffman

Rachel Hoffman is an experienced Operations and Logistics Planner currently supporting the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering at Blackrock Strategy since February 2024. Previously, Rachel served as an IT Asset Manager and Principal Logistics Planner at Northrop Grumman, managing over 20,000 licenses and software valued at over $8.2 million for the USAF SMORS contract. Rachel's background includes working as a Logistics Planner for Northrop Grumman, where familiarity with Air Force/Space Force Technical Orders was developed, and as an Administrative Assistant at Innovate Physical Therapy, managing various administrative functions. Rachel's foundational experience in logistics was gained while serving as an Assistant BN S3 in the US Army, where operational readiness and asset management were critical. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management and Operations from Ohio University and a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Huntingdon College.
