Avi Sheldon

Avi Sheldon is currently the Director of Human Resources at BlackRock, overseeing executive compensation and contributing to the Global Compensation Leadership Team since August 2021. Prior to this role, Avi served as Vice President and Executive Compensation Lead at Semler Brossy Consulting Group from July 2016 to August 2021. Avi's earlier experience includes a position as a Compensation Consultant at Holdsworth & Co, an Investment Analyst conducting analyses on investment opportunities at Skyview Capital, and a Corporate Innovation Intern at National Planning Holdings. Avi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Politics, with a minor from Pomona College, completed in 2016.
