Ruslan Ciurca

Ruslan Ciurca is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in application engineering and software development. Currently serving as Vice President of Application Engineering at BlackRock since May 2022, Ruslan's previous roles include Software Engineer at Standard Chartered Bank and Java Principal Engineer at Wandera. With a career that began in 2000, Ruslan held various engineering and consulting positions at companies such as Endava, Compudava SRL/Brains Direct Ltd, NouLabs Ltd, and Soluziona Ltd, contributing significantly to numerous projects. Ruslan holds a Master of Science in Informational Systems, Software and Management from Universitatea Tehnică a Moldovei, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Informatics from Universitatea de Stat din Moldova, and a Baccalaureate in Computer Science from the Republican College of Information Technologies.
