Chirag Shah

Chirag Shah is an experienced investment professional with a strong background in private equity, venture debt, structured debt, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance advisory. Currently serving at BlackSoil Capital since December 2016, Chirag specializes in a range of financial services including real estate finance. Previously, roles at Systematix Capital and Blacksoil Advisory LLP focused on corporate finance, capital raising, and strategic advisory for emerging corporates in India. Early career experience includes positions at Crisil Rating Limited and Negen Capital as a credit executive and senior analyst, respectively. Chirag holds an MBA in Finance from MET, completed in 2010.
