Neelam Pandita

Neelam Pandita has a diverse work experience in the field of sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Neelam currently holds the position of Head-ESG and CSR at BlackSoil. Prior to this, they served as a Mentor at Lighthouse ESCP - Corporate Sustainability. Neelam also worked as a Changemaker at GAP (Global Action on Poverty) before joining ALSiSAR Impact Pvt Ltd, where they held the positions of AVP- Sustainability, Social Impact and New Initiatives, as well as Senior Manager. Before that, they held the role of Assistant Manager- Sustainability Advisory Services at Baker Tilly DHC and Executive- Corporate Sustainability at Tata Technologies. Neelam'searly career included roles as an Assistant Manager and Sustainability Analyst at RSM GC Advisory Services, where they had the opportunity to work with leading organizations in various sectors, assisting them in developing sustainability strategies and reporting processes.

Neelam Pandita has a Master's degree in Environmental Science from North Maharashtra University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry from Government College for Women in Udhampur, J&K from 2009 to 2012. Neelam also attended Army Public School in Udhampur, J&K, where they completed their High School education with a focus on Science. Additionally, Neelam has obtained additional certifications including a Certificate course in Industrial Safety and Hygiene from North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, and a GRI certified Sustainability training course (GRI G4) from the Global Reporting Initiative.
