Michael Finlayson

Michael Finlayson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in guest services, security, and carpentry. Currently serving as a Guest Services Associate at Blackstone Shooting Sports since April 2022, Michael provides exceptional service to the 2A community. Previous roles include Data Processing Specialist at Blackboard, Programming Student at College of The Albemarle, and Carpenter's Apprentice at Finlayson Home Repair, where skills in electrical work, framing, and fabrication were developed. Michael's security experience includes roles as an Armed Security Guard with Aegis Defence Services and various positions with the Norfolk Sheriff's Office, including PROBE Team Leader and Deputy, focusing on safety and operational leadership. Educational qualifications include a Protection & Security Specialist certification from Executive Security International and ongoing studies with Charlie Mike Enterprises.
