Sara Slater

Sara Slater currently serves as Principal and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Blackstone's Strategic Partners business unit since June 2014. Prior to this role, Sara held the position of Vice President and CAO within the same business unit and worked as an AVP/Director in compensation management at Blackstone. Sara's previous experience includes various positions at Merrill Lynch from June 2006 to May 2014, focusing on compensation and providing operational support to senior leadership. Sara holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rutgers University and is an alumna of The College of New Jersey.
