Nadeeka H.

Nadeeka H. has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. In 2014, they started as an Intern IT & Network Administration at REDR UK, where they configured routers and switches, set up Wi-Fi networks, and managed IP addressing and file sharing for computers. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Gennext (Pvt.) Ltd as an Associate Solutions Architect, troubleshooting desktop PCs, laptops, and servers, and implementing backup solutions. In 2016, they became an IT Support Engineer at HelloCorp (Pvt.) Ltd, responsible for managing LAN and WAN infrastructure, providing technical support remotely, and configuring computer systems. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at RRD - Global Outsourcing Solutions, APAC, handling incidents and requests in Service Now. In 2019, Nadeeka joined Legacy Health as a Senior Executive Information Technology, where they managed Synology NAS, firewalls, routers, and switches. Later in 2019, they joined Systima as a System Engineer L2/L3, focusing on configuring and monitoring domains, DNS, DHCP, and other systems. Finally, in 2020, they joined BlackSwan Technologies as a Technical Support Engineer T2.

Nadeeka H. pursued their higher education in various institutions and fields of study. In 1999, they completed their secondary education at Yasodara Balika Vidyalaya. Later, from 2012 to 2013, Nadeeka earned a Higher Diploma in Computer Science from Infortec International Asia Campus, specializing in Information Technology.
